What To Expect From Your First Visit

Our clinic in North York is located to the west side of the Wilson and Bathurst intersection, on the north side of the road. We are easily accessible by public transit, and also have parking in front of the clinic, and to the west of the clinic.

Step 1. Bring Your New Patient New Patient Forms

Upon entering our office Sherilyn or Priyanka will greet and welcome you. We are a very laid back and relaxed pain clinic in North York, so come relaxed and ready for an easy, care-free experience. We will request that you fill your patient forms. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and the condition our staff are going to treat. This should not take longer than 10 minutes. Once complete you will officially be a new patient at our clinic!

Step 2. Examination & Consultation

Now that your forms are completed, our practitioner will complete your intake! Examination and consultation will vary significantly based on the discipline you are being seen for, and can vary from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. Whatever the discipline, a thorough review will be done to ensure our team can provide treatment for you safely, and to the best of our abilities.

Step 3. Treatment And / Or Report of Findings

Once the examination and consultation is completed, our practitioner will then proceed with a report of findings and treatment recommendations specific to you. Our practitioner will also complete treatment on this same visit (if applicable). Once completed, our practitioner will bring you back out to see Sherilyn or Priyanka, to book your next visits to start your journey of healing!
