Realyn Tadipa, RMT
Realyn has a strong belief in a holistic approach to healthcare. Her passion for helping others has lead her to pursue a profession in Massage Therapy.
Realyn graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy -Toronto (CCMH).
During her time at school she learned various techniques to treat different conditions and pathologies. These include Whiplash, Frozen Shoulder, Fibromyalgia, Tendonitis, Sciatica, Carpal tunnel and Piriformis Syndrome. She also had the opportunity to provide massage therapy treatment to a wide variety of patients during her clinical internship, including those with musculoskeletal conditions and post hip replacement surgery at UHN / Toronto Rehab. In addition she also participated in sport charity events. This helped her build skills in injury prevention and overall athlete performance.

Some of the techniques that she uses in treatments are Swedish massage, Trigger point therapy, Fascia release, Joint mobilization, Proprioception techniques and Stretching. Realyn is also certified in Hot Stone Massage Therapy and has additional training in Pregnancy Massage from Trimester Massage Education.
Realyn is dedicated to alleviating pain and discomfort, and restoring function. She has a passion to work with patients to take control of their own health and well being. She strives to expand her knowledge and skills in order to provide patients with effective treatment and to empower them to reach their optimal health goals.
Outside of her profession, Realyn strives to stay active and healthy by doing yoga, walking and fitness training. She also enjoys cooking healthy meals for her family and friends when she is at home.
